We're Jackie & Justin Metz, owners of Morning Pine Acres, a family based micro-farm in upstate NY that has developed into master creators of artisanal shelf stable, refrigerated and frozen foods utilizing upstate NY and regionally sourced produce and ingredients. With our start as vendors at local farmer's markets, our recipes were created and adapted based on the input of our wonderful market family. Our flavor rich, Holy Hollerin' Hot Sauces, which had their humble start as flavor enhancers for our fresh ingredient Bloody Mary Mix, have developed such a following they became the driving force for Morning Pine Acres' original acceptance into several of our region's most elite farmer's markets, including the Troy Waterfront Market which in 2024 was acknowledged as the top farmer's market in both NY and the Northeast and #5 in the Country by American Farm Land Trust!
