Morning Pine Acres is a micro-farm and artisanal food creator based in the Capital Region of Upstate New York. Our flavorful products feature the best quality ingredients including primarily local produce, made in small, hand packaged batches before being sold at regional farmer's markets, specialty food events and through select regional food purveyors.

Who is up for brunch? Simply quality local ingredients crafted by hand into small batch culinary delights. Among our most popular products is our Bloody Mary Mix. Made from local fresh ingredients, it pairs well with our signature Holy Hollerin' Hot Sauces for that extra flavor or spice to get your brunch going!
Pickles, pickles, pickles & more... We offer refrigerated Dill, Bread & Butter, Spicy varieties, Garlic and Pickled Red Onions. All include a local grape leaf to keep them extra crispy. (It's a secret so don't tell!) We also specialize in Salsas, Dips, Jellies, Apple Butter, Albany NY's own Raspberry Melba Sauce and homemade frozen gourmet quiche using free range farm eggs.
Feature our products for your next gathering or meal! Maybe a Real Lobster, Crab & Scallion quiche? Create a memorable charcuterie board with farm fresh Deviled Eggs garnished with red onions, pepper jelly over cream cheese, a variety of pickles and fresh Garden or Pickle Salsa or fresh Bacon Jalapeno Popper Dip & chips.
