We are a micro family farm in upstate NY specializing in local artisanal products & Polish Tolbunt Chickens. We are master creators making a variety of artisanal foods using fresh local ingredients. We also offer custom marketing and apparel as well as Tolbunt Polish Chicken hatching eggs, chicks and fully feathered birds.
